My old Accord’s AC is barely keeping up and I just want a shop that won’t try to upsell me a compressor I don’t need

I’ve got a 2011 Honda Accord that’s been in the family forever and it’s really just the spare car now for running errands around Sharjah and picking up the kids from school, but the air conditioning has gotten so weak over the last year that you might as well just roll the windows down and accept your fate, and my wife keeps asking why we even keep the car if it’s just a mobile oven on wheels. I took it to a place near the old Souq area and the guy hooked up his machine for five minutes and came back saying the compressor is weak and needs replacement and quoted me a number that made me laugh out loud because the car itself is probably worth only a little more than that quote. The thing is I don’t think the compressor is actually bad because when I’m on the highway the air gets decently cool, it’s only in stop and go traffic that it just gives up, which makes me think it’s either a clogged condenser from all the sand and dust over the years or maybe the cooling fan isn’t kicking in properly when the car isn’t moving and the AC can’t shed the heat. I’m not a mechanic and I don’t have the time or the tools to start diagnosing this myself, so I’ve been trying to find a Reliable Car AC Maintenance Center Sharjah that will actually take the time to figure out the real issue on an older Japanese car instead of just defaulting to the most expensive repair because they see a guy who looks like he just wants cold air and doesn’t know any better. Anyone on this side of town have a go to shop for basic AC work that’s honest and won’t try to sell you a compressor when all you really need is a condenser cleaning and a fresh charge with some dye to check for leaks.
