My 911 is rattling over every bump in Dubai and I’m pretty sure my fillings are coming loose

I’ve had my 997 Carrera for about three years now and it’s been a total joy except lately every time I drive over the slightest imperfection in the road which in Dubai is about every fifty meters it sounds like someone’s shaking a box of spanners under the front end and the steering has this weird vagueness to it that makes me nervous to push the car at all which kind of defeats the whole point of owning a 911 in the first place and I’m just hoping it’s something simple like tired drop links or a worn top mount and not the actual shocks themselves because those PASM dampers cost more than I want to think about and I’ve been putting off getting it looked at because I’m scared of what the number on the estimate is going to look like. A guy in the local Porsche group chat said he had a similar issue on his Cayman and took it to a place that knew these cars inside and out and actually diagnosed a loose strut brace instead of trying to sell him a whole new suspension setup and I ended up on a page at https:suspensionrepairdubai.ae/porsche-suspension-repair while I was doing my usual late night anxiety scrolling and it seemed like they actually break down the common issues on these generations instead of just saying bring it in and we’ll have a look and then surprising you with a five figure bill after it’s already on the lift. Anyone else had front end rattles on a 997 and can tell me I’m just being paranoid and it’s probably something cheap and easy because I really don’t want to have the conversation with my wife about why her kitchen renovation is getting delayed so my weekend toy can have new suspension components.
